What would a buyer pay for your business?

Stop after any step. You never have to sell.

  1. A free call

We look at your numbers together. I tell you plainly where it depends on you, how it can scale, and whether now is a good time to sell.

  2. Business Review

I go through your business the way a buyer will and write down what keeps it from scaling, what ties it to you, what lowers your price, and the order to fix it. The $2,500 comes off the program if you go on.

  3. Scale and Exit Program

I build the plan to make your business scalable and founder-free, and carry it out with you: strategy, financials, marketing, systems and automation, and coaching for you as the owner.

For 35 years I have run my own businesses, in music production, global markets, international development and healthcare operations. Today I build complete businesses: the plan, the website, the sales engine and the systems that let them run without the owner. I also coach owners through it, because handing over the business is often harder than building it.

Own a healthcare practice?

Practices are priced differently. Mental health, psychiatry, functional medicine and everything in between: twelve questions a practice buyer asks first.

Questions owners ask me

I don’t want to sell. Can you just make the business run without me?

Yes. Many owners start only to get a business that scales and runs without them, and decide about selling later, or never. A business that runs without you is also worth more to a buyer, so the work counts either way. The review and the program are yours to keep.

Will my staff find out?

Not from me. I sign a confidentiality agreement before you share anything, and a HIPAA business associate agreement if you run a healthcare practice. Nobody on your team hears about a sale until you decide.

I’m not planning to sell for a few years. Is it too early to talk?

No, it is the best time. Most of what raises your price takes 6 to 18 months to show up in your numbers.

How do you get paid?

The first call is free. The Business Review is $2,500 and comes off the program price if you go on. The program is $25,000. For the sale, my fee is 6 to 8% of the price, paid only as you receive the money. Every fee is agreed in writing before we start.

How accurate is the price check?

It starts from published 2025 and 2026 sale data for your industry and adjusts for your answers. Use it to plan. It is not an appraisal or an offer. The review gives you a number built from your real books.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Any business with an owner who wants it scalable, founder-free, sold, or all three: service companies, trades, manufacturers, online stores, agencies, healthcare practices and more. For healthcare practices, Langdon joins the work.
